The reason, in the company's words: management "made a strategic decision to close Coin Wizard Games, the second website our company launched, and focus our attention and efforts on our Golden Hearts Games website, which we have operated since 2020."
The timeline
- October 14, 2026: the Coin Store closed. Gold Coin packages, including bundles with free Sweeps Coins, can no longer be bought. The free Daily Visit Bonus, Refer-a-Friend rewards and the RevU Offer Wall also stopped awarding Sweeps Coins, and new mail-in (AMOE) Postal Request Codes stopped.
- October 21, 2026, noon ET: Sweeps Coin gameplay ended. Unused AMOE Redemption Codes became void at the same time.
- October 28, 2026, noon ET: Gold Coin gameplay ends, the website closes, and the window for prize redemption requests shuts. All unused Gold Coins, unplayed Sweeps Coins and redeemable Sweeps Coins are void after that.

If you play at Coin Wizard Games
You have until noon ET on Wednesday to act. The standard redemption rules still apply, so check where you stand:
1. Verify your account first if you have not already. Redemptions require it.
2. 100.00 or more redeemable Sweeps Coins: you can request an ACH direct deposit to your bank account.
3. 50.00 to 99.99 redeemable Sweeps Coins: a digital gift card through Prizeout is your option. ACH needs at least 100.00.
4. Under 50.00 redeemable Sweeps Coins: you cannot redeem. With Sweeps Coin play already suspended, there is no longer a way to play the balance up to the minimum.
5. Do not wait for the last hour. Coin Wizard says redemptions are processed within its standard 2 to 3 business days, and Prizeout gift cards typically the next calendar day. If a payout has not arrived by the end of the third business day after you submitted it, contact support.
Gold Coins and unplayed Sweeps Coins have no cash value and will not be refunded.
