The rules this site holds itself to. Last updated October 20, 2026.

Where our facts come from

Rankings and scores are computed from public data our systems collect daily: Trustpilot ratings and review counts, App Store and Google Play ratings, SimilarWeb traffic estimates, Tranco domain ranks, Google Trends, social followings, and ad-library activity. The weights are published on our methodology page and apply identically to every brand.

News reporting uses tiered sources. Tier 1 is primary evidence: an operator's own site, terms, app listings, or archived captures we can show. Tier 2 is established trade press and official records. We name our sources on every story. A story that rests on unverified reports carries a visible Unconfirmed notice.

The byline: who Sam Ledger is

Sam Ledger is the editorial pen name of the SweepRanks analyst desk, and the avatar is an illustration, not a photograph of a real person. Using a consistent desk byline is standard publishing practice; pretending it is a photographed human being would not be, so we do not do that.

Work under this byline is produced from our tracking data with AI assistance and is reviewed before publication. Every claim is checkable against the sources listed on the story.

AI assistance

Parts of our reporting are drafted with AI tools working from verified data points. Articles produced this way are marked in our system, pass a mechanical fact gate (no number can appear in a story unless it exists in the verified source data), and are subject to the same corrections policy as everything else.

Rankings are not for sale, and relationships get disclosed

No operator can buy a ranking position, a score, or favorable coverage. Sponsored placements, when they exist, appear outside the ranking and are labeled.

Where a commercial or consulting relationship exists between SweepRanks (or its operator) and a brand we cover, the ranking math stays identical and untouched; such relationships are recorded internally and disclosed on sponsored surfaces. We may earn affiliate commissions when you visit a casino through our links; this never affects scores or ranks. See our full advertising disclosure.

Corrections

When we get something wrong, we fix the story, note the update date, and keep the correction. Found an error? Use the contact form on our partners page or any channel on the site; corrections requests are read first.
